① Return Requirements
(1) We support returns within 14 natural days after signing for receipt, and you will receive a full refund, including the $4 shipping cost within 2 business days.
(2) The returned household hand powered mixer must be returned in the original packaging.
(3) There should be no scratches, stains, breaks or other damage on the surface of the returned household hand powered mixer and inside the packaging.
(4) Household hand powered mixer accessories in the package, such as user manuals, warranty cards, a spare blade, etc., must not be lost or replaced at will.

④ Return Shipping Cost Bearer & Refund Time
